We provide Vacation Care during the school holidays in the week breaks between terms. This includes the Dec-Jan period, with a 2-3 week break over the Christmas period. This caters for all families, not only those from Ermington Public School or those who use us for Before and After Care. Children must be younger than 12 years old and currently attending primary school. New kindergarten children are welcome to attend from the April holiday period onward.
Vacation Care is packed with many theme days and activities in centre as well as incursions and excursions. Our program aims to keep your children entertained during the holidays and ensure that they having lots of fun with their friends. Parents are asked to ensure their child brings a hat each day.

Vacation Care Booking Information:
To book Vacation Care, families must first complete an enrolment form via My Family Lounge.
When bookings open, a ‘Vacation Care’ tab will appear in the Casual Calendar section of My Family Lounge. Families must use this calendar to book their Vacation Care days.
Once bookings are made, families are responsible for keeping a record of the dates they have selected. Please note: a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to cancel any booked days. Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice will be charged as an absence.
For any booked excursions, families must complete an Excursion Permission Form and any other relevant documents provided by the centre. These forms are required to confirm your child’s place on the excursion.
New children attending Vacation Care:
If you have never attended Ermington OOSH before, you will need to enrol in the centre (this is in addition to the Vacation Care booking and consent forms).
