Regular communication to families goes out via the Whatsapp. This includes frequent updates, day to day information and emergency situations. The team also uses this platform to communicate important dates including but not limited to enrolments and vacation care.

Hello Families,

Vacation Care bookings open 9am Friday Week 5 every term and can be cancelled up until 2 weeks before the date. Families are able to book up till the date of care.

Please remember to book through the “My Family Lounge” app and use the casual calendar.
The program will be released earlier in the term. Hardcopies will be available at the centre.

Booking forms and program will be available on the Vacation Care page.

Until all forms are received no bookings will be confirmed.
Once completed, please provide a copy to the service via email or in person.

Kindy Students cannot attend Vacation care until they have attended minimum 1 term of school.
