Regular communication to families goes out via the Stack Team app. This includes frequent updates, day to day information and emergency situations. The team also uses this platform to communicate important dates including but not limited to enrolments and vacation care.

Summer Vacation Care 2025-2026
Hello Families,
Vacation Care bookings open 9am Friday Week 7 Term 4 and close 6pm Friday Week 9 Term 4.
Please remember to book through the “My Family Lounge” app and use the casual calendar.
The program will be released in Week 5. Hardcopies will be available at the centre.
Booking forms and program will be available Week 5 on the Vacation Care page.
Until all forms are received no bookings will be confirmed.
Once completed, please provide a copy to the service via email or in person.
Kindy Students cannot attend Vacation care until they have attended minimum 1 term of school.
