How to Enrol

A permanent vacancy means that you use the centre for the same session (morning and/or afternoon) each week.  Casual vacancies allow you to use the centre on a needs basis depending on when you need the care and what is available. If you require casual care, please email or call the centre in regards to availability. Regardless of your requirement, families need to complete enrolment before any child is able to attend the centre.

To enrol, please create a profile on ‘My Family Lounge’ via the links below and complete all enrolment fields for your child. You will then be required to request days in order to join our waitlist. Please ensure that you have completed the enrolment fully or you will not be given the opportunity to receive an offer. Offers are sent via email and you are required to accept and confirm the offer within a week or it will expire.

Please note that ‘My Family Lounge’ may advise you that you have not chosen a centre/school, please ignore this message as it appears until the centre offers you a position.

After the yearly enrolment process has taken place, if you did not receive a position, offers can be sent via the waitlist at any time based on our availability. Unfortunately, the centre cannot provide an estimate of when you can expect an offer as it is based on our numbers fluctuating throughout the year.

If you’re a new family, you can click here to register and create your own ‘My Family Lounge’ account. Once this account has been created, it will enable you to manage all future bookings for your child/ren.

What’s Next

If you have requested a permanent booking for Before or After school Care, we will come back to you and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an ‘offer’. Simply accept the offer, complete and submit your child’s Enrolment form online to confirm your spot.

Looking for a Casual Day? Once your child is enrolled at our service, you can book in casual days via the ‘My Family Lounge’ App or website for B/ASC and Vacation Care. To download the App visit Google Play or App Store.

Once your child is enrolled at our service, inform the child’s class teacher what days/sessions the child will be attending.

Completing the Enrolment Process

To complete the enrolment process, you will then need to pay the Membership Fee as per the invoice and provide the receipt to the Centre Director via email– more information about our family membership fee can be found in the Information Handbook. Information on payment options are available here.

Your enrolment will not be approved by the centre until your yearly membership is paid.

Once the Director has your online enrolment, all required documentation and your receipt for the membership fee, they will approve your enrolment, and you will receive an email confirmation.

NB: Booking Confirmations are sent separately to the Enrollment Confirmation.  Having a confirmed enrolment DOES NOT mean you have secured permanent bookings.  Please keep an eye on your emails for your Booking Confirmation. We anticipate sending these Booking Confirmations towards the end of Term 4.
